About Me
When I was 18, I discovered that I wanted to learn about solving brand problems through visual communication, so I took my interest to Ferris State University to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design through the College of Business. After 4 years of hard work and a few summer jobs including a design internship at Epoch Lacrosse in Minneapolis, I landed in the West Loop of Chicago as a designer for Multiple, Inc. There I led and participated in a variety of print and web design projects that involved research, strategy, design collaboration, client communication, print production and web development.
After a year and a half at Multiple, I moved back to Michigan to freelance full-time while doing a few months of contract design work for Next Creative. I began my journey at Meijer at the start of 2019 as a user experience designer working on a variety of shopping and loyalty experience projects for the website and app. My position turned into working full-time on Meijer's design system, known today as Acres. My current role is at UFP Industries where I lead design efforts for Trusstrax; an application where internal and external users can manage and track their jobs.
I enjoy music, sports, board games, and the company of friends. I played 3 years of college hockey and continue to play as much as I can, unless I'm out golfing.
